12. Monitoring for OCI resource monitoring

Monitoring service is a service that provides monitoring function for OCI resources using Metric and Alarms functions. Feb. It was released and serviced on the 28th, 2019.

Metric-based monitoring by service
Set Query-based Alarms in Metric and notify by Email, HTTPS (PagerDuty) through Notification service
- PagerDuty : 3rd party real-time operation tool (Streamlined Incident Resolution)

※ Metric information is basically collected for other services that support monitoring except for Compute. OracleCloudAgent installation is required for monitoring, recent images are already installed, images prior to November 16, 2018 require OracleCloudAgent installation separately.

※ For Ubuntu images, you must use the latest image.
